Didn't like anything, except excellent customer service

The hotel staff provided exceptional service, assisting promptly with my requests and ensuring my stay was comfortable. My room was well-maintained, featuring a spacious layout and modern amenities. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering a variety of freshly prepared options including eggs, pastries, and fresh fruit. I appreciated the quick check-in process, which allowed me to get settled efficiently after a long day of meetings.

There was limited parking availability during peak times.

The beds in our room were super comfy, and we really enjoyed chilling at the indoor pool and grabbing snacks from the vending machine. It was a nice way to relax after a long day. Just a heads up, we noticed the bathroom could have used a little more attention, but it didn’t spoil our overall stay! 😊

This hotel is perfect for me with its free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and indoor pool. The staff once helped me return my forgotten headphones. A great experience and I'm coming back soon!

The cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the staff's attentiveness during breakfast added a nice touch to the morning routine, creating a friendly and inviting start to the day.

However, the soft pillows did not provide the support I prefer for a good night's sleep.

Had a fantastic group trip with friends. We explored the Financial District and the Entertainment area, both super close by. The staff were nice, breakfast had a good variety, and the shuttle service was handy. The gym was also solid. Definitely a great spot to stay!

The only downside was the chair in the room. it was pretty uncomfortable, but it didn’t ruin our stay.
